**Recent official forecasts from Environment Canada and supporting model consensus position a high near 20°C as the most likely outcome for Toronto on September 14, 2026.** Northwesterly flow behind a passing front is advecting cooler, drier air into the region after milder conditions on the 12th–13th, with mostly clear to partly cloudy skies and light winds limiting mixing and allowing daytime heating to peak around 19–21°C. Environment Canada explicitly forecasts a sunny 21°C high, while aggregated guidance from sources such as GFS and local models clusters between 19–20°C (roughly 66–68°F). This aligns with the market-implied probabilities, where 20°C leads at 47% and 19°C follows at 29.5%, reflecting traders’ aggregation of near-term model runs and the narrow uncertainty range typical 24–48 hours before the event. Historical averages for the date (22.4°C) are higher, but the current synoptic pattern favors below-normal values. Upcoming official updates from Environment Canada and refined model guidance on the morning of the 14th will provide the final calibration before resolution.

The resolution source for this market will be information from NOAA, specifically the highest reading under the "Temp" column for all times on this day, available here: https://www.weather.gov/wrh/timeseries?site=cyyz
If NOAA data for the observation date is unavailable by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, the Weather Underground Daily Observations table will be used as the resolution source.
In the event that there is no data for the observation date by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, this market will resolve to the lowest bracket.
To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the "Switch to Metric Units" button until the relevant table displays °C.
This market will resolve once the first data point for the following date has been published on the resolution source, or by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, whichever comes first.
The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Celsius (eg, 9°C). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market.
Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.
