**Official National Weather Service forecasts and model consensus indicate overnight lows in Seattle on September 16 will likely settle in the low to mid-50s°F under a building high-pressure ridge that promotes clearing skies and light northerly flow.** This pattern follows an earlier upper-level trough that kept temperatures cooler and cloudier through mid-September, with recent onshore flow now weakening to allow modest radiational cooling overnight. Marine influence from Puget Sound and patchy morning fog help moderate extremes, while historical September averages near 53°F provide context for the narrow range separating the top market outcomes. Key variables include exact cloud cover timing and wind speeds, with updated NWS briefings and model runs expected to refine the minimum before resolution.
