**Official forecasts from Environment Canada currently project a high near 26°C for Toronto on August 31, 2026, with a mix of sun and cloud plus a 40% chance of showers, driving the market-implied odds toward 22–24°C as the most probable outcomes.** Recent model consensus and the approaching transition to more unsettled conditions—following a warm, humid weekend—have narrowed expectations around the long-term average high of approximately 24.6°C while leaving room for variability from steering patterns and precipitation timing. The notable 22% implied probability on 27°C or higher reflects residual uncertainty in afternoon clearing or model spread, whereas lower outcomes account for potential cooling from sustained cloud cover or heavier rain. Updated short-range guidance from Environment Canada and NOAA over the next 48 hours will likely refine these probabilities ahead of resolution.
