Current National Weather Service forecasts for Miami on August 29 project a high near 89–92°F under mostly sunny skies with a 40–60% chance of showers and thunderstorms developing in the afternoon. East winds of 5–10 mph and high humidity, with heat indices exceeding 105°F, support peak readings in the low 90s before any convective cooling or sea-breeze effects. This aligns with the historical average high of 90.3°F for the date and recent model consensus showing modest afternoon stabilization. The 90–91°F outcome leads market-implied odds because it matches the central tendency of official guidance, while slightly higher or lower bins reflect uncertainty in storm timing and intensity that could alter the daily maximum.
