Current National Weather Service and private model guidance for Atlanta on September 10 points to a minimum temperature in the lower 70s under partly cloudy skies and light southeast-to-southwest winds. This reflects a continuation of mild, stable late-summer conditions with no strong cold front or significant radiational cooling expected overnight. Historical climatology for the date shows an average low near 67°F, so the forecast represents a modest positive departure driven by above-normal dew points and minimal cloud cover for heat retention. Trader sentiment remains split because small shifts in forecast timing, shower development, or model consensus could easily move the realized low across the 70–72°F range versus lower-70s or mid-60s outcomes, with new model runs and updated NWS briefings due in the next 24 hours.
