Recent forecasts from multiple models indicate highs near 28–30°C in Busan on September 14 under partly cloudy skies, light easterly or northerly winds, and stable high pressure near 1010 hPa, with minimal precipitation risk and moderating sea surface temperatures around 27–28°C. These conditions support the market's tight clustering around 30–31°C as traders weigh subtle differences in afternoon cloud cover, wind patterns, and boundary-layer mixing that could push the daily maximum one degree higher or lower. Historical September baselines average 26–28°C, but current stability after typical late-summer patterns favors the upper end. New runs from the GFS, ECMWF, and Korean Meteorological Administration will refine peak timing and exact values before resolution.
