Current forecasts from National Weather Service and major models indicate Atlanta's overnight low on September 14 will likely settle in the lower 70s under clear to mostly clear skies and light northerly winds, driven by a stable high-pressure ridge and warm regional airmass. This places the outcome near historical September averages of 66°F but elevated by recent heat and minimal cloud cover limiting radiative cooling. With leading market-implied odds near 50% for both 63°F or below and 82°F or higher, traders appear to weigh model spread in boundary-layer temperatures and any late timing shifts in the forecast update window against the consensus guidance.
