Trader consensus positions the lowest temperature in Madrid on September 6 near 21–23°C, with the 21°C-or-below outcome holding the highest implied probability at 48.5%. Persistent high pressure and light southerly or variable winds under clear to partly cloudy skies are supporting elevated overnight minima, limiting radiational cooling despite Madrid’s 650 m elevation and typical late-summer diurnal range. Recent model guidance from sources such as AEMET and GFS shows minimums around 22–24°C, consistent with a broader warm anomaly relative to the long-term September average low near 17°C. Short-range forecast uncertainty remains modest but could shift with the next model cycle or any unexpected cloud cover increase.
