Forecast models from the National Weather Service and private sources show high pressure and northerly flow maintaining clear skies over Seattle on September 17, supporting a daily maximum near 74°F with light winds and minimal cloud cover. This places the most likely range at 74–75°F, consistent with the 53.5% market-implied probability, while the 34.5% on 76–77°F reflects modest upside potential from slight warming or measurement variations at official stations. Current September climatology averages highs around 70°F at Sea-Tac, so the expected conditions represent a modest positive anomaly driven by persistent ridging rather than any transient warm advection. No significant model disagreement appears in latest runs, though minor forecast adjustments before sunset could shift the exact peak.
