Recent forecasts from agencies like the Met Office and local models indicate a high of 31–32°C is most likely for Panama City on September 22, driven by typical late-rainy-season conditions with moderate humidity, scattered showers, and southeasterly flow limiting peak heating. Persistent cloud cover and precipitation chances near 50–80% in the afternoon often cap temperatures below seasonal peaks, while clearer breaks or lighter winds could push readings to 32°C. Historical September averages hover near 30–31°C, and current model consensus shows limited deviation, supporting the market's heavy weighting toward these two outcomes over cooler or hotter extremes. Updated guidance on September 22 morning will refine resolution odds.
