Recent forecast guidance from Taiwan's Central Weather Administration and international models points to a daily maximum near 29–31°C for Taipei on September 21 under partly cloudy skies, northeast monsoon flow, and minimal precipitation risk. This aligns with climatological norms for late September, when highs typically average 30–31°C amid moderating seasonal conditions. Market-implied odds favoring 32°C at 50.5% likely reflect ensemble runs showing localized warming potential or slight model spread toward the upper end of the expected range, while 31°C and 33°C capture residual uncertainty in boundary-layer heating and wind effects. Low probabilities for extremes below 30°C or 34°C+ underscore the narrow forecast envelope, with final resolution hinging on official station observations.
