Morgan Stanley holds a commanding 71.5% implied probability as lead underwriter for Anthropic’s IPO, driven by its selection alongside Goldman Sachs as co-leads in June 2026 reports and its recent role anchoring a $15 billion revolving credit facility that positions the bank for the prized “lead left” mandate. Goldman Sachs follows at 12.7% on expectations it will serve as stabilization agent, while JPMorgan’s involvement in both the credit line and syndicate supports its modest 0.3% odds. These allocations reflect standard Wall Street dynamics where large pre-IPO debt commitments and investor outreach translate directly into underwriting hierarchy. With the company targeting a late-September S-1 filing and mid-October marketing ahead of a potential Nasdaq listing, upcoming credit facility finalization and analyst meetings represent the next catalysts that could solidify or shift bank roles before resolution.

If no IPO occurs by December 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or Anthropic completes an initial public offering without a designated lead underwriter, this market will resolve to “Other.”
If multiple banks are identified as lead underwriters, this market will resolve according to the primary lead underwriter. If the hierarchy between them is unclear, this market will resolve once it is conclusively evident which bank is the primary lead underwriter, for example, through the order in which the banks are listed in the underwriting section of Anthropic’s final initial public offering prospectus, once released.
The primary resolution source for this market will be official disclosures from Anthropic. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
