Recent National Weather Service and local model consensus points to a daily high near 89°F for Denver on September 7, aligning with the market's emphasis on the 90-91°F bin. Scattered thunderstorms expected that afternoon introduce modest uncertainty around peak readings, while persistent warmth from a preceding multi-day stretch of 92-93°F highs supports the elevated trader probabilities for the low-90s range. Above the 1991-2020 climatological average of 82°F, this pattern reflects typical late-summer high-pressure influences before cooler air arrives. Updated NWS forecast discussions and afternoon model runs remain the key near-term catalysts for any shifts in implied odds.
