Recent polling averages place Yashar, the centrist party led by former IDF Chief of Staff Gadi Eisenkot, in the 22-25 seat range ahead of the October 27 Knesset election, supporting trader emphasis on the 24-25 outcome. Eisenkot’s security credentials and focus on governance reform, inquiry into the October 7 attacks, and national service have drawn support from centrist and center-right voters, often at the expense of Naftali Bennett’s Together list. Final candidate slates submitted in early September, including high-profile additions such as former Shin Bet chief Yoram Cohen and surplus-vote agreements with The Democrats, have stabilized projections near the upper end of that band. Smaller parties hovering near the 3.25% threshold and bloc arithmetic remain key variables that could shift final seat totals.
