This pattern supports the market's leading implied probability for a 32°C high, consistent with typical May climatology where daily maxima average near 31–32°C at Changi and other stations. Brief periods of reduced convection could allow isolated readings near 33°C, while stronger showers would cap values closer to 31°C, explaining the tight clustering of trader consensus around these two outcomes. Official observations from the National Environment Agency will resolve the market once all stations report final daily maxima.
