Recent official forecasts from agencies including the Korea Meteorological Administration and global models indicate mostly clear skies and light southerly winds over Busan on September 13 under stable high pressure, supporting daytime highs near 28–29°C with low precipitation chances. These conditions favor modest warming from current afternoon readings in the mid-20s°C, though model spread and boundary-layer mixing introduce uncertainty around whether peaks will reach or exceed 30°C. Trader consensus reflected in the 78% combined implied probability for 30–31°C aligns with this guidance while acknowledging potential for slight under- or over-performance based on final observational data from the Busan station.
