Tomáš Portlík leads the market at 60.5% as the SPOLU (ODS-TOP 09) candidate because his coalition finalized a candidate list heavy with sitting district mayors and centered on priorities such as faster housing construction, transport coordination, and expanded school capacity ahead of the October 9-10, 2026 municipal elections. Traders price in this organizational depth and Portlík’s prior popularity as Praha 9 mayor against more fragmented opposition slates. Petr Hlaváček (STAN) at 15.5% and Adam Scheinherr at 5.5% trail as representatives of the outgoing coalition partners, while ANO’s Jan Hušbauer, Motoristé’s Klára Sovová, and smaller-party leaders such as Tereza Nislerová and Václav Láska sit at 5% or below following ANO’s June leadership change after Ondřej Prokop stepped down. The next mayor will be chosen by the newly elected council.
