Recent forecasts from multiple models indicate a daily maximum near 33°C for Singapore on September 2, aligning with trader consensus at 60% implied probability for that outcome and 24% for 32°C. Under prevailing southwest monsoon conditions, light southerly winds and moderate humidity support daytime heating toward the upper end of the typical 31–33°C range, while scattered afternoon convection and sea-breeze effects introduce modest cooling potential that caps upside risk at 34°C (12%). Official monitoring shows no strong ENSO or Indian Ocean Dipole anomalies currently amplifying temperatures, keeping extremes above 35°C low probability. Updated model runs and any late shifts in cloud cover or shower timing remain the key near-term variables that could refine these market-implied odds.
