Current forecast consensus from multiple meteorological sources points to a minimum temperature in the low 60s Fahrenheit for New York City on September 21, driven by northerly winds behind a frontal passage and moderate radiative cooling under mostly to partly cloudy skies overnight. Model guidance and agency outlooks converge on overnight lows near 60–63°F, consistent with seasonal norms for late September and the observed cooling trend after recent rain. Trader-implied probabilities cluster on the 62–63°F bin as the leading outcome, reflecting limited uncertainty from variable cloud cover and wind speeds that could nudge the exact reading slightly higher or lower before official Central Park observations finalize the result.
