Incumbent Republican Roger Williams secured the GOP nomination unopposed in the March 3 Texas primary for the TX-25 House seat, facing Democrat Dione Sims, who won her primary with 60.5% of the vote, in a district rated Solid Republican by Cook Political Report (R+11 PVI) and Safe Republican by Sabato's Crystal Ball. Williams holds a commanding fundraising edge with over $1.3 million raised and $1.1 million cash on hand as of late March, bolstering trader consensus at 86.5% for a Republican victory amid historical dominance—99% in 2024—and no competitive polling. Recent Cook analysis on May 14 reaffirmed the race's stability, with the November 3 general election unlikely to shift absent national wave or scandal.

A candidate's party will be determined by their ballot-listed or otherwise identifiable affiliation with that party at the time all of the 2026 House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources. A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
This market will resolve based on the result of the election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the United States government, specifically the Federal Election Commission (https://www.fec.gov/).
