Recent forecasts from Taiwan's Central Weather Administration and global models indicate a highest temperature in Taipei on September 10 most likely between 28–31°C, driven by persistent northeast monsoon flow, widespread cloud cover, and scattered showers that limit daytime solar heating and promote evaporative cooling. These conditions create narrow differentiation among outcomes near 30°C, as modest variations in cloud thickness or rainfall timing can shift the daily maximum by 1–2°C. Historical early-September baselines average near 30–31°C, but current model consensus shows slightly suppressed values due to increased moisture and reduced insolation. Traders weigh incoming model runs and official updates through September 9–10 for resolution signals.
