**Current forecasts from the Japan Meteorological Agency and major models indicate a maximum temperature of 24–25°C in Tokyo on September 19 under persistent cloud cover, light rain, and northerly flow.** High humidity near 83% and steady northerly winds are suppressing daytime warming, keeping values below the September climatological average of ~26–27°C. Recent days show a similar cool, moist pattern, with September 17–18 highs around 23–26°C amid overcast conditions. The market distribution—peaking at 25°C (33%) with 24°C and 26°C near 23% each—reflects this tight forecast consensus while acknowledging minor uncertainty from exact rain timing, local wind variations, or model adjustments that could shift the peak by 1°C.
