Steve Hilton holds a 67% implied probability of winning Fresno County in the November general election, ahead of Xavier Becerra at 32%, reflecting the county’s consistent Republican tilt in recent statewide contests and Hilton’s strong primary performance there. In the June 2 top-two primary, Hilton captured 35.8% of the Fresno County vote compared to Becerra’s 23%, outpacing other Republicans and Democrats in a region with higher GOP registration and turnout patterns than coastal areas. Becerra leads statewide polling averages by double digits, yet traders price the county outcome separately based on historical voting data from the Central Valley and the limited crossover appeal of the Democratic nominee in inland counties. No major campaign shifts or endorsements have altered this positioning since the primary results were certified.
