Recent National Weather Service and model guidance for Miami on September 6 points to a humid environment with highs near 89°F, driven by abundant moisture, light southerly flow, and a high probability (70-90%) of afternoon showers and thunderstorms. These convective outflows and cloud cover typically limit afternoon warming and differentiate the closely matched 88-89°F and 90-91°F market bins, as brief breaks in convection could allow brief spikes into the low 90s while widespread rain would cap readings closer to the seasonal average of 89.8°F. Sea-breeze interactions and model consensus on timing of storms remain the key variables ahead of final observations.
