Incumbent Republican Mary Miller holds a commanding position in Illinois's 15th congressional district for the November 2026 general election, facing Democrat Jennifer Todd. The rural central Illinois district stretches across areas including Champaign-Urbana and Quincy, delivering consistent Republican advantages in recent cycles, including a 22.5-point margin for the party's presidential nominee in 2024. Miller secured her primary nomination decisively in March 2026, while forecasts rate the seat as solidly Republican based on partisan voting patterns and historical turnout. Trader consensus reflects these structural factors and the limited competitiveness of Democratic challenges in this environment. Shifts could occur from an unforeseen national political wave, candidate health developments, or late major scandals, though the district's established lean makes such reversals unlikely without substantial new evidence.

A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
