Recent global forecast models, including those from agencies tracking Central American conditions, indicate overnight lows in Panama City likely settling between 25–28°C on September 22 amid typical September rainy-season humidity, persistent cloud cover, and ITCZ-driven moisture that limits radiative cooling. This aligns with climatological baselines of 24–25°C average minima and supports the market's emphasis on 26°C and 27°C outcomes alongside elevated odds for 30°C or higher if daytime heat and elevated dew points sustain warmer nights. No major model runs signal unusual cooling from drier air masses or frontal passages in the near term, though minor revisions remain possible with the next high-resolution updates. Traders appear to weigh these stable tropical patterns heavily against historical September lows rarely dipping below 23°C.
