The Department of Justice's January 2026 release of over 3 million pages, thousands of videos, and images under the Epstein Files Transparency Act prompted immediate statements from Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche that a prior internal review found no basis for new prosecutions, a position unchanged by the disclosures. Officials emphasized that troubling correspondence, photographs, and records do not meet thresholds for additional charges, with the department declaring its review complete. While limited investigations or actions emerged internationally against a small number of Epstein associates, U.S. authorities have signaled no further federal cases tied directly to the new materials. Traders have aligned with this official stance, pricing the "No" outcome at 88 percent as the dominant expectation given the absence of ongoing U.S. charging momentum.
