Dalton Eatherly, known online as Chud the Builder, faces pending attempted murder and related felony charges in Montgomery County, Tennessee, stemming from a May 2026 shooting outside the Clarksville courthouse. The case remains in the early stages of criminal court proceedings following grand jury review and bond adjustments, with Eatherly released on posted bond in mid-August 2026 after earlier revocation in a separate Davidson County matter. No trial date has been set, and standard due process timelines for indictment, discovery, and potential plea negotiations continue without resolution. Traders price the “No” outcome at 89% based on these procedural realities and the absence of any swift adjudication or verdict.
