**No raid on Jeffrey Epstein’s reported storage units has occurred or been announced in 2026, supporting the 89.5% “No” probability on Polymarket.** Reporting in February 2026, based on financial records and emails in the Department of Justice’s January 2026 Epstein files release, detailed that Epstein maintained at least six units (primarily in Florida, with others in New York) from 2003 until his 2019 death. Private investigators moved computers, CDs, photographs, address books, and other materials into them ahead of earlier law enforcement actions, such as the 2005 Palm Beach raid. Search warrants from the 2019 FBI operations on Epstein’s properties did not reference external storage units, and the FBI has not confirmed any searches of them. Subsequent developments through August 2026 have centered on litigation over additional document disclosures—including court-ordered production of FBI notes and challenges to redactions—rather than new physical searches or warrants targeting the units. No official announcements, raids, or confirmed law enforcement activity at the locations have been reported since the February revelations. This pattern of continued emphasis on records transparency over operational action on the storage sites aligns with trader expectations that a raid is unlikely to occur before year-end.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if any private individual or government authority discovers and examines the contents of a storage unit previously rented by or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.
A qualifying storage unit must contain items previously belonging to or associated with Jeffrey Epstein at the time it is examined. The examination of a storage unit previously rented by or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein which no longer contains any items related to Epstein will not count.
Only searches conducted within this market’s timeframe will count. Previously available or newly published information which demonstrates that storage units previously rented by or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein were examined prior to this market’s creation will not count.
The primary resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting.
