Latest National Weather Service model consensus positions Dallas maximum temperatures for August 29 in the 100–101°F range as the most probable outcome, reflecting a strong high-pressure ridge, clear skies, and typical late-summer insolation over North Texas. Traders have concentrated 82.5% implied probability across the 100–103°F bins, consistent with ensemble guidance showing limited day-to-day variability this close to the event. Historical August climatology for Dallas supports afternoon highs near 100°F under similar synoptic patterns, while any late-model shift in boundary-layer moisture or wind could nudge readings into the adjacent 102–103°F category. Updated NWS forecast discussions and local observations tomorrow morning will provide the final data for market resolution.
