Latest forecast models from sources including the Met Office and GFS indicate peak temperatures of 38–40°C in Karachi on September 21 under mostly clear skies with light northwest winds and low afternoon humidity around 35–50%. These conditions favor strong daytime heating without significant cloud cover or monsoon moisture to moderate highs, pushing readings above the typical late-September average of roughly 32–35°C. Minor model spread in exact maximums stems from slight variations in wind strength and boundary-layer mixing, with official observations from local stations determining resolution. Updated runs over the next 48 hours will narrow the range before the market settles.
