**Trader consensus has coalesced around 31°C as the highest temperature recorded in Panama City, Panama, on September 16, 2026, reflecting official post-event measurements from regional weather stations.** Mid-September climatology in the area typically features daytime highs near 30°C under the influence of the Intertropical Convergence Zone, with modest variability driven by cloud cover, humidity near 80%, and light winds. Recent observational data confirmed a peak of 31°C, consistent with model guidance and historical September averages from sources like national meteorological services. This outcome carries near-certain market-implied odds because the date has passed and verified station readings leave little room for revision. Only an unprecedented data correction or station-specific anomaly would alter the result.
