Trader sentiment for Denver's September 18 high temperature centers on ensemble forecast consensus from NOAA and global models, favoring 82–83°F as the most likely outcome. A building high-pressure ridge supports daytime heating under mostly clear skies, with surface temperatures driven by southerly flow and limited cloud cover. The tight spread between 80–81°F and 82–83°F brackets reflects uncertainty in boundary-layer mixing and minor advection differences across model runs, while historical September normals near 78°F underscore the above-average signal. Official NWS observations at Denver International Airport will resolve the market, with final model updates expected before sunset on the 17th.
