**Official observations confirm a minimum of 58°F at San Francisco International Airport on September 18, 2026, aligning with the market's dominant 58-59°F outcome at 91.5% implied probability.** This reading occurred at 6:18 AM under typical late-summer marine layer conditions, with high humidity near 93% and fog/haze reported, producing a low just 2°F above the 1991-2020 normal of 56°F. The daily high reached only 69°F amid moderate westerly winds, consistent with seasonal patterns where coastal upwelling and onshore flow suppress overnight temperatures. Trader consensus reflects the reliability of NWS data and the low likelihood of revisions or alternative station readings altering the result. Unlikely shifts could arise only from post-analysis corrections or if the market resolves on a non-airport station, though historical precedent favors the primary SFO report.
