Forecast models and official National Weather Service guidance indicate Seattle will reach a minimum near 51–53°F overnight into September 20 under mostly clear skies and light northerly winds, supporting radiative cooling to the low-to-mid 50s. This aligns with climatological norms for late September, when average lows hover around 52°F at Sea-Tac. The strong market-implied probability for 50–51°F reflects trader confidence in this consensus range, with limited model spread and no incoming weather systems to alter the thermal profile. A thicker marine layer or stronger onshore flow could limit cooling and push readings into the mid-50s, while clearer conditions or calm winds might allow a dip toward 48–49°F.
