Recent model consensus from Environment Canada and GFS runs points to a minimum temperature near 15–17°C in Toronto on September 6 under mostly clear skies and light easterly flow, supporting the tight clustering of market-implied odds around the 15°C outcome and adjacent bins. Radiative cooling overnight will be moderated by residual warmth from the preceding days and the urban heat island, while any increase in cloud cover or wind speed could limit the drop below 15°C; conversely, clearer and calmer conditions might allow readings closer to the historical average low of 15.5°C. Updated forecast discussions and ensemble spreads from the National Weather Service and Environment Canada over the next 48 hours will refine these thresholds ahead of resolution.
