Francesca Hong holds the leading position in the Kenosha County portion of Wisconsin’s August 11 Democratic gubernatorial primary, reflecting her strong statewide polling edge and progressive base among voters. Recent Marquette University surveys show her ahead of the field, supported by her record as a Madison state representative and emphasis on working-family issues. David Crowley’s 27.5% implied probability stems from his late-July reentry, backed by Gov. Tony Evers and Milwaukee-area networks, though his abbreviated campaign leaves limited time to consolidate support in Kenosha. The remaining candidates, including Joel Brennan and Kelda Roys, sit near even odds amid a fragmented field and high undecided share just days before voting. Primary turnout patterns in southeastern Wisconsin counties could still shift the county-level result.
