Recent National Weather Service and private model consensus for Los Angeles on September 19 points to a high near 76–80 °F under typical late-summer onshore flow, with morning marine layer giving way to afternoon southwest winds of 10–15 mph that moderate coastal temperatures. This aligns with the 1991–2020 climatological average high of 76 °F and recent observed highs of 76–79 °F, keeping the 76–79 °F bins as the dominant market outcomes. Persistent sea-breeze circulation and absence of offshore wind or strong high pressure reduce the likelihood of readings above 80 °F, while limited model spread supports only modest probability mass in the 74–75 °F and 80–81 °F ranges. Updated short-range guidance tomorrow morning will refine exact peak values ahead of market resolution.
