Nevada voters approved Question 6 in 2024 by a 64% margin, enshrining a constitutional right to abortion before fetal viability with exceptions for maternal health. State rules require citizen-initiated amendments to secure majority support in two successive general elections, so the 2026 vote functions as a ratification step rather than an initial contest. Recent campaign finance reports show proponents outraising opponents by wide margins, while no major polling shifts or organized counter-campaigns have emerged to challenge the prior result. Trader consensus at 98% implied probability for passage aligns with these structural and historical factors. Late-breaking events such as unusually low turnout, court interventions on related parental notification rules, or sudden changes in voter mobilization could still narrow margins, though established support levels make substantial reversal unlikely before November.
