**National Weather Service forecasts and supporting model guidance indicate a sunny, hot day across the Dallas area on September 19, with a high near 100°F under light southerly flow and minimal cloud cover.** This setup aligns with the market’s strong preference for the 96–99°F range, as recent runs from global and regional models show consistent upper-90s readings with limited spread from day-to-day updates. Southerly winds and above-normal dew points will support heat indices above 100°F, while the absence of significant frontal activity or moisture return keeps the probability of any cooling influence very low. Historical September norms near 89°F underscore the anomalous warmth driven by persistent high pressure, yet traders appear to price in the narrow band of forecast variability around 97–99°F as the most likely outcome ahead of official observations.
