National Weather Service forecasts and model consensus for Miami on September 1, 2026, center on a daytime high of 90–91°F amid persistent easterly flow, high humidity, and widespread afternoon thunderstorms that typically cap temperatures through cloud cover and evaporative cooling. This aligns with early September climatology near 87°F while accounting for recent late-August warmth without an established heat dome. Convective timing and intensity introduce modest uncertainty, keeping the 92–93°F bin as a plausible outlier but lower-probability outcome. Traders have priced these factors into the leading 55% implied probability for 90–91°F.
