Forecast models and official guidance from Environment and Climate Change Canada indicate a high near 26°C for Toronto on September 13 under a mix of sun and cloud, with northwest winds gusting to 40 km/h and a 40% chance of early showers. This aligns with the market’s leading 26°C outcome at 52% implied probability, while 25°C and 27°C capture residual model spread and local variability in afternoon heating. Conditions remain warmer than the 1991–2020 average high of 22.6°C due to southerly flow earlier in the period, though increasing northwest winds and partial cloud cover should moderate peak temperatures. Traders appear to weigh the consensus around these thresholds against typical diurnal ranges and the low likelihood of stronger warming or cooling under current steering patterns.
