Current forecast guidance from Taiwan's Central Weather Administration and multiple models points to a high near 30–31°C in Taipei on September 21 under stable northeast monsoon flow, with partly cloudy skies, light winds, and negligible rain chances keeping daytime heating modest. Trader emphasis on 32°C reflects typical afternoon urban heat-island effects and slight model warm biases seen in recent clear days, while lower probabilities for 33°C+ account for the low likelihood of stronger insolation or wind shifts. Historical late-September baselines around 29–30°C and the absence of tropical systems or frontal passages reinforce the narrow range, with final readings hinging on the official station maximum reported by early evening.
