Microsoft’s fiscal third-quarter 2026 results, released in late April, delivered revenue of $82.9 billion and adjusted EPS of $4.27, both ahead of consensus, with Azure growth accelerating to the mid-30s percent range and the AI revenue run rate reaching $37 billion. These figures have supported a rebound in share price toward the $422 level amid broader market volatility, as investors focus on the company’s ability to convert heavy capital expenditures into sustained cloud and Copilot monetization. With the next earnings update scheduled for late July and ongoing institutional accumulation noted in recent filings, trader attention remains centered on whether Azure and AI services can offset hardware softness and regulatory scrutiny through the balance of May.
