Recent polling from Léger, Pallas Data, Synopsis, Nanos, and Research Co. shows the Parti Québécois holding steady near 28–29% support two weeks before the October 5 vote, with the Coalition Avenir Québec slipping and the Liberals rebounding modestly. Seat models including 338Canada and The Writ project a PQ median around 46–52 seats under the new 127-riding map, with wide ranges reflecting numerous tight PQ-CAQ contests and potential vote splitting involving the Conservatives and Québec solidaire. First-past-the-post dynamics, uneven regional turnout, and the PQ’s francophone concentration outside Montreal contribute to the spread, keeping outcomes below the 64-seat majority threshold probable while sustaining uncertainty across the lower bins. Trader consensus on sub-50 seats aligns with these averages and the limited recent movement in aggregates.
