Recent forecasts from the Finnish Meteorological Institute and European models indicate a high of 15–16°C in Helsinki on September 22 under building high pressure and northerly flow, positioning these as the leading market outcomes with over 90% combined implied probability. Clear to partly cloudy skies and moderate winds should limit daytime warming near the seasonal climatological average of roughly 14°C, while suppressing extremes. Model consensus remains tight on this range, though minor shifts in cloud cover or wind could nudge the peak by 1°C either way before resolution. Traders appear to weigh official guidance heavily given the short forecast horizon and limited variability expected.
