Recent National Weather Service and model consensus forecasts for Atlanta on September 13 indicate a high near 89–90°F under mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies with light northwest winds and only a slight afternoon storm chance after frontal passage. This aligns with the market’s leading 90–91°F bin at 58% implied probability, supported by above-average late-summer warmth persisting after mid-week storms and an absence of strong cooling influences. Historical averages for the date hover around 84°F, yet current guidance shows limited potential for 92°F-plus readings absent unexpected clear-sky amplification or model shifts. Traders appear to weight the narrow forecast spread heavily, with lower bins reflecting residual moisture or timing uncertainties in official updates expected overnight.
