Official forecasts from Environment Canada and supporting models project a high of 21°C for Toronto on September 20, with a mix of sun and cloud, a 40% morning shower chance, and northerly winds developing that limit warming. This consensus, aligned with the 21.0°C climatological average high, underpins the market's leading probabilities for 20°C and 21°C. Recent model runs show limited spread, with minimal risk of exceeding 22°C or falling to 19°C or below given stable high pressure and modest moisture. Afternoon observations will determine the exact maximum, but current guidance and historical September patterns support trader focus on the narrow 20–21°C band.
