**Trader consensus heavily favors 19°C as the lowest temperature in Seoul/Incheon on September 20, 2026 (78% implied probability), with 16°C a distant second at 19%.** Official KMA guidance and multiple global models (including consistent output from WeatherBug, Met Office, and others) project clear skies, light northerly winds, and stable high pressure, producing overnight radiative cooling to a minimum of 18–19°C after daytime highs near 28–29°C. This aligns with climatological norms for mid-September in the region, where clear, dry conditions typically yield lows in that narrow band without significant cold advection or cloud cover to moderate temperatures. Recent model runs show strong agreement with no incoming fronts or precipitation, keeping downside risk to lower values (such as 16°C or below) limited. The market-implied odds reflect this consensus from authoritative forecasts, with the elevated weighting on 19°C capturing the most probable single outcome under current atmospheric stability.
