Recent forecast consensus from multiple models projects a daily maximum near 29–30 °C for Busan on September 3, driven by northeasterly flow, increasing cloud cover, and a modest chance of light precipitation that limits daytime heating. This aligns with early-September climatology, where typical highs range 27–29 °C, while stronger ridging or clearer skies could briefly support 31 °C. Market-implied odds concentrate on 29–31 °C because latest guidance shows limited potential for extremes, with official Korea Meteorological Administration observations expected to resolve the market by evening local time. Traders weigh the narrow uncertainty range typical of short-range temperature forecasts against any last-model-run shifts.
